Okay, Bugs!


Strength
10+ Again. Sawed off florida with a hacksaw. No one noticed.

Speed
10+. has been a stunt dobule for the Road Runner before. has outrun people with time travel equipment gonig to before the beginning of the scene. Jumps ahead in a comic.


Agility
10+. If eh zooms across the edge, he can doubleback to avoid falling so fast that gravity nor lineart does nothing to him. Pretty much immune to anything like inertia, and has the ability to control it in other people.


Durability
10+. Hurt him, by next scene it's over or you find he's just playing dead. 'What's Opera Doc?'

Energy
8-10+ depending on how high you quantify ACME Gadgets when they work right, wtih the idea that if he's up against someone invulnerable they'll still work due to PIS effect.

Will
10+. Has managed to outwit the artist/narrator /of his own continuity/ blasting him.

Intelligence
10+. put him up against Doom, and he'll be pulling a Richards/Doom season with him crossdressing as Valeria. Even worse if up against Galactus.

Skill/Experience
10+ Somewhere around his 75th or so anniversary, god knows how many shorts and such?

Special
10+ Toon Force abilities. I mean.. Bugs is the king.

The Covenant (It's still a Character since it's in the Database)

Stat: Infantry/Ship

Strength: 4/0
Their Strongest Soldiers are Multi-Ton Hunters, Brutes and Elites. Each able to lift at least 5 to 10 tons. I'm not sure if a Ship would have any "Strength"

Speed: 3/5-7
Their Troops are fairly fast, but their Ships can go FTL.

Agility: 3/5
Their troops are good but not as good as the Spartans, as for their ships, they can dodge Plasma that's half the speed of light.

Durability: 3-4/7
The top tier Soldiers are quite durable with their Energy Shields and Powered armour. Ships on the other hand can survive massive chunks of Titanium/Tungsten Slug Rounds flying through them, even if they manage to get through the Shields

Energy: 2/7
Their Troops are armed with Standard issue energy weapons, Good, but only average damage rating. Their ships though... Are able to Cause Extinction Level Events.

Will: 5-6
Blind Religious Devotion does wonders for their Morale

Intelligence: 2
They have good tech, but most of it's copied, and they've never bothered to improve on the designs.

Skill/Experience: 5-6
Been at war for along time, their top tier warriors train constantly and think nothing besides battle... Except the Hunters, who write poetry.

Special: 0/3
Their ships are able to use their FTL abilities while in battle to effectively teleport, however it's somewhat draining on their ships.

Gary Hampton AKA Astounding Wolf-Man

Strength 4-5:Has ripped heroes and machinery like tissue papar.Not sure if jumping falls under speed or strength, but has cleared buildings with out trying(on accident)

Speed:3-4: Wolf speed, but has shown feats of being faster.

Agility:5, definite bullet-timer.Has caught more experienced heroes off guard.

Durability:5,Hide has stopped all but explosions, and silver bullets.Not sure if regen counts into this,tough SOB.

Energy:0, all claws and fangs.

Will 5 ,Can take a real beating, has been dismembered and gutted several times, maneges to hold on for aid or healing factor.Best example;survived vicious werewolf pack mauling, and stayed concious long enough to hold em off and for healing factor to kick in. Again One tough SOB.

Intelligence:2-3, built corprate business from ground up, learned about combat and survival from Vampire zechariac, andf eldar werewolf.

Experience:2-3, hasnt been around too long.But has learned from 2 very experienced characters:Eldar vampire zechariac and Eldar werewolf.

Special:4-5 AboveCounts for werewolf transfotmation.regen on par with wolvie at times.Claws have been shown to cut through Stone and even metal,Fairly resourcful,wolf senses,suit allows him to stay in wolf form for longer period of time,nice guy(counts for something),doesnt lose intelligence when in wolf form unless full moon,smart and recources to build own lair. Trained by several experienced monsters.
