Open invitation to all who wish to join the RP.

Rules:
1) Character can be either a super humanoid, or heavily armed with weapons/gadgets
2)No omnipotent/god level characters
3) Some matches will have a win/lose factor, it's mostly make a specific CBUB match to continue with your character

Story, in works, but has some general references to Mayan calendar, and Mayans themselves as the antagonists.

The character is you, yourself under your alias. As far as the mechanics, it's still TBA at the moment.

Hmmm okay. What I've come up with so far, is once the story's established, each player will have a specific "mission" in the conflict. You'll be free to call some hits and stuff, but will be called out in other situations. A "Win" in a mission will depend on how well you perform agaisnt the obstacles/enemies. A "Lose" will be anything below a decent score, you end up sounding alarms, etc.

I have a few questions actually.

1) Character can be either a super humanoid, or heavily armed with weapons/gadgets


What if I'd rather be a regular human who's not heavily armed? Or a "super humanoid" who is heavy armed? Or what if I don't want my character to be humanoid at all?

2)No omnipotent/god level characters


So does this mean that everyone from Punisher to Superman is valid?

Another question is, is this going to be adventure based? A free for all? A tournament?

What does this even mean?

Another question is, is this going to be adventure based? A free for all? A tournament?

1) Humanoid justs adds in the possibility of humans, gorgons, yautja etc. Any sentient bipedial being. Your armanents are up to you, it could be anything from a chain gun, to a newspaper.
2) Yes within permeters of, a plausible weakness. Pre crisis Supes, eh too powerful. Needs to be able to fight fairly with other villains.
3) The missions are part of the adventure. Each one will have an objective, with a reward. Depending on how your character performed, they will be given a "win" or a "lose" type grade. Certain missions will also provide a misc CBUB match as a challenge for winning/losing. In some cases it'll will allow you to either be revived into the RP, or i winning's effects, have a bit of control of a mission and such.

I'll check into this when the details are more hammered out/more clear. Because at the moment, things seem too vague for me accurately gauge my interest.

As am I. i also have a few questions, Since you said we are playing as ourselves then does that mean we can make up our own powers? Or since my name relates to Hellboy do i have the same powers as him?
