I've been reading Naruto fanfiction lately, so I have a few ideas regarding that universe, which resulted in this thread.

Questions:

1. If you were to design a Shinobi Village. Not the physical build-up of the village, but the internal politics system, like Konoha's 2 Councils and the Kage's advisors, etc. How would you do it?

2. If you were put in charge of the Konoha Shinobi Academy, with completely free hands to make any changes you wanted, as long as you produce results(i.e. usable Shinobi), how would you do it? What would you change, how would the Academy curriculum be built up under your management?

3. You have been put in charge of the Anbu(essentially Konoha's Special forces), would you make any changes in the build-up of Anbu, and if so, what would they be?

4. If you were to design "the perfect team", i.e. 3 Shinobi(naruto-verse style). What would the team be like, in terms of capabilities? These are 3 OC shinobi. Please keep it realistic within the scope of the Naruto-verse.

5. If you were to design "the perfect shinobi", in terms of capabilities and personality, what would he(or she) be like? Again, please keep it realistic within the scope of the Naruto-verse. Keep in mind that various techniques and jutsu takes time to learn and master, so a young Shinobi who is Kage-level(or above) in all disciplines is impossible.

6. You have been assigned the task of designing a task force to take down the Akatsuki, how will you build up the task force? For the members of the task force, you are only allowed to use named Konoha ninja's, from after the timeskip, though you are allowed to use ninja's from Konoha's allies as back-up members.

1. kage's house is the smallest place and on the outside, while in the middle is a huge house that everyone else thinks is the kage's place. so if anyone tries to assasinate the kage, they will fail. not sure what else.

2. everyone would be forced on an island to kill each other, last one alive becomes genin... there would have to be a lot of classes for this to actually work, but it would mean they would be ready to kill.

3. anyone who can become a jounin in my village deserves to be an anbu.

4. one would probably have some pet or enhanced smell, he would be fast and use lightning style jutsu, he would track down the enemy. another would be a ranged weapon user with wind style jutsu to make impossible shots. the last one would be an earth style melee, he would be the tank.

I'll be updating this post from time to time as I think of more stuff to add.

2: Have the prospective Genin start at age 6, start them out with purely physical learning, throwing various ranged weapons, and trying out the various close range weapons, to figure out which one fits them.
Have them start early, by butchering animals, Pigs, Chickens etc. This will allow the pre-genin to get used to the idea of killing, along with the sight and scent of blood.

Here are some of my own ideas, though I'll be posting more later on.

1. Since it is, in essence, a military village, the Kage would have absolute power, the word of the Kagé is law. In addition, to help him with the day to day running of the village, there would, as in Konoha, be 2 Councils. 1 Civilian council, which would take care of any non-military issues, i.e. trading, banking, some of the tasks in running a hospital, the civilian schools, etc. and 1 Military/Shinobi council, which would assist and advice in military matters, i.e. the shinobi academy, shinobi-team assignments, war, missions, etc. Additionally, each council would have 1 'head of the council'. One person who has the last word in council sessions, and who answers directly to the Kagé. The head of each Council would then meet with the Kagé on a regular basis(for example, once a week), where the head of each council reports to the Kagé, and gets the Kagé's decision on any matter that requires it, or that the Kagé feels a need to voice his opinion in.

4. 1 Seals and Traps specialist. 1 Genjutsu and Medical specialist. and 1 Ninjutsu and Bojutsu/Kenjutsu/Taijutsu Specialist. Though everyone should preferably have some proficiency with both Nin-, Gen- and Taijutsu.



I will edit this post later on, to include answers for all 6 'questions'(I'm feeling lazy right now, and can't be arsed writing out the, admittedly large, responses to each question that I had planned when starting this post).

4. Well the easy answer(though not necessarily the best) would be to have one member specialize in Ninjutsu, one in Taijutsu, and one in Genjutsu to keep things more well rounded. Kakashi, Guy, and Kurenai for example.
