Amazon? It's fairly expensive, though...

Tried it, only get the Omnibus that I don't need.

Barnes and Noble if you have one near you is where you can get that volume and other graphic novels. Detective Comics has been good actually. Where did you leave off?

Tried there, half the time people there either don't know what I'm talking about or bring me to the New 52. Even online. Might just have it ordered from the Source or Mind's Eye.

That's not it? I have no idea what it looks like, or what it is, exactly; but that's what came up, when I searched for "52 vol 4."

yeah that's it, but i'm not spending $35 bucks on a trade when the rest have been 20, or does that include shipping?

New would be about $43, and used would be about $29, when adding the $3.99 shipping. That's why I said it's "fairly expensive", in my previous post. ^^; I wouldn't want to spend that much on one book, myself.

Interesting Barnes & Nobles usually has a great collection and pretty big section for comics as well as manga. I am surprised you can't find it as 52 I usually see all over the place where ever they sell comics.

On another note I have been going back and reading various Superman comics from 70's to the late 80's. Awesome stuff. God this really instills the fact Action Comics today is horrible. Smallville and the main Superman title are at least great.

I've actually been checking a few websites, and that last volume is expensive everywhere. Think Barnes and Noble has it for $50. Reminds me of how they jacked up .Hack//Quarantine's price, 'cause it was the last part of a four part series, and they didn't release a lot of them.

My God. Sandman. I don't even have words. Why has it taken me this long to read it?

Yeah I finally started reading Sandman myself. Finished volume 2 or 3 I think. Excellent writing.

I recently finished Sandman, and overall, I thought it was really good. The only issue I really didn't like was The Wake. The Kindly Ones was a much better ending to the series, I think

Superman: For Tommorow was freaking amazing. Basically explores why 616 Superman doesn't turn into Red Son Superman. Really great Superman story, one of the best. Essential Superman story.

Yeah I don't know what the f**k is the purpose of that book. I can't even tell if it's alternate reality or what. Marvel needs to stop doing multiple stories at once with their characters. I hate it.

It reminds me of the last season of Lost. Just when you think you are getting somewhere and you have it figured out they add a WTF for no reason and im like but you only have 2 shows left damn it! Also if it is a time travel thing why was there a second Logan in the future? I will stop now so I don't give anything major a way but it is the worst and most pointless Major event I have ever seen. I don't see them saving it at this point. They still have to introduce that spawn chick too.

Someone should definitely figure out where age of Ultron is in continuity.

Does this mean Spawn's going to be a part of Marvel Comics?

No just one angel chick that a writer had the rights to and sold her to marvel. They say she will have a major roll in the ending of AoU. I guess is most of it will end up not happening and only minor changes will be made to 616. I guess that's obvious though.

If a major change doesn't happen then that book is a waste. On DC's side I can't wait for villains month. A fun and great idea. Link to article below:

Just finished Kick-Ass. I really liked how they adapted it into a movie. They changed a few things, but kept it faithful enough to keep the comic fans happy, but some integral parts to make it its own movie. I've downloaded a shitton of comics recently. Read Batman: Year One and really dug it. Dark Knight Returns, eh whatever. Long Halloween is always a goodie. I'm real excited to get digging in.

Surfer have you started reading the second series of Kick-Ass yet? Kick-Ass which is coming out this year is based off it. Yea I went back and read some older comics myself. Reading some Pre-Crisis Superman, Batman, Legends of the DC miniseries, some comics from the JLA's first run, and more.
