Spider man takes on the world.

Stuff to keep in mind:
*No one in Marvel knows Spider man has decided to become evil
*As a member of both the FF and Avengers, he has access to all things he normally could get from them, as well as anything else he can get from them illegally (though he may want to be careful and not let his true motives be known so soon)
*Spider man has NO MORALES. He'll kill without a second thought, couldn't care less for Aunt May or anyone else, and is just black to his core.
*He's not above making alliances with other villains to further his goals
*Spider man's goal is to take over the planet, but if he can simply defeat all Marvel hero's that counts as a win also.
*Spider man has 1 chance to do this. If his first plan fails, it's over.

Yeah he might get a little far but when it comes to the big boys like Thor he will have a hard time seeing as he has no weakness and could kill Spidey instantly if he wanted to. The X-Men stick to themselves so I'm sure they will put him down pretty fast. Cyclops doesn't play that.lol He will have emma shut him down fast(he's weak against mental attacks) and the x-men is CRAWLING with them.Ok, lets say that in present day Marvel universe, Peter Parker just wakes up and decides he wants to take over the world. Spider man is now evil, period. He cares for no one but himself, and is not afraid to kill. Simple question; can the Marvel hero's stop him?

Nah. Spidey knows he won't be beating them head on, which is wny he's teaming up with people like Doom, who are anxious for a shot to run the world. Also, Spidey would trick geniuses like Banner and Richards to develop technologies that can be used against them, like mutagenic amplifiers, power dampeners, and psi shields.Yeah he might get a little far but when it comes to the big boys like Thor he will have a hard time seeing as he has no weakness and could kill Spidey instantly if he wanted to. He could do it, but he would have MAJOR issues with the people outside his power range: Thor, ect.

I can't recall any instance other than him repeatedly breaking his wrists and evading Hulk's attacks.

I'm not really sure myself yet, but I would think that one of the first steps, once he is actually ready to go 'into action' so to speak, will be to get the Venom symbiote again, for the power-up it gives him.

Why not the Toxin Symbiote?
Because he doesn't have any relationship with the Toxin symbiote, so he can't be sure that it would take him as a host. The Venom symbiote has shown on more than one occasion in the past, that it still wants him as a host, it's kinda of a love/hate thing. He actually used that to defeat Venom at one point.

*Spider man has NO MORALES.
NO MORALES!? But everyone loved that Mexican jumpin' bean! If Morales isn't around, Spider-Man truly is evil.
But Aunt May, with all her god-like powers, will know that Peter went evil. She'll just make a batch of cookies and BAM! Spider-Man is defeated.

I just figured that Petey could use force of will power on it seeing as how its still young and not matured like the other symbiotes but yeah.
Synchronicity > Forced.

Spidey beat the X-Men would be PIS at it's finest. What can spidey do against the security team(cyclops side):Warpath, Domino, Psylocke, and Jubilee? Nothing because he wont be getting past Warpath and those knives. Not to mention Emma can shut down his brain before he steps onto the island. Cyclops is a very paranoid person when it comes to the security of his people and wouldn't stop until Spidey was dead.Current Spiderman would make a damn good villian. He is becoming more like Batman in a sense. Spiderman can seriously fight now as he is being trained in Kung Fu by Shang Chi, He has his own Uilitiy belt with all sort of equipment, he is a genius who can hang with Reed Richards in the intellect department, he has already defeated alot of the Marvel heroes in combat, he is one of the best when it comes to strategizing on the fly in a battle, and more. Hell if he turns then Kaine would probably join Peter and both would make a hell of a supervillain team. Spiderman is already a hero who has defeated the X-Men, Hulk, Wolverine, fought Ironman, fought Cap, defeated the Sinister Six, and more.
Side note Doom is a good guy and is on the same team as spidey NOW(the Future Foundation). as soon as spidey causes some trouble on Utopia Cyke would QUICKLY link it to him and spidey wouldn't last long on the island.

Spiderman back in the 1990s beat the X-Men twice so its not PIS. Thats one of the reasons the X-Men way back in the past offered Spiderman a spot on the team. Spiderman would own Jubilee and he has defeated Wolverine who is on par with Warpath many times.
Actually being that Spiderman use to be a hero Cyclops may not want to kill him. He would call in the Avengers to deal with there member instead.

You are all looking at this the wrong way, Spiderman would be stupid to try to fight his way to victory. His best chance is to use his knowledge of other heroes and his many years of experience to aid him. If he went all, Kaizer Soze, on people, they would never expect him. He could plot, plan, and set things up just like he wants. This issue is when he finally hits the big "Go" switch, it better be over fast or the big powers will take him out.
