Depends on the climate.
Ha~ And maybe you should decide on lighter stuff...because most knights died of heat exhuastion in their armored suits...but that's up to you.(@ DJ)

Name: Roger "The Mole" Valintine
TimePeriod: !950's Cold War, to the early 60's
Wrist Dart Shooter: Being in the CIA, gave you perks, such as trying out experimental weapons and equipment. One of the things, Roger really liked was the wrist dart shooter. It was small, accurate up to 5 meters, and came complete with a set of darts, ranging from haullscncions, sedations, and poisions.
A spring loaded gun/ballistic knfie (.22 Caliber): This was a prize won off a KGB agent, that had been trailing him. The KGB agent almost took Roger out with it, but "The Mole" was able to catch him off guard with his set of darts. The fun part of the weapon, that it can fire off the knife, and when the enemy thinks you just threw away you weapon, you take him out with the 5 extra rounds in the handle.
M1911A1 Pistol(.45 Caliber): His favorite sidearm, and a momento of a friend, that he lost during D-Day. The gun saved his skin, many times before, Roger belives that the spirit of his friend carries on within.
M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle(Bonnie and Clyde Conversion): Something that he kept when he was in the Scouts & Raiders, he cut the barrel to make it shorter, and more easier to conceal underneath his trenchcoat.
Equipment: A breifcase filled with medical supplies. Garret wire, rope, a small amount of semtex(2 ounces), some flares, a low-powered scope, and a belt grappler.
Affiliation: CIA~ Former Scouts & Raiders
Bio: It was June 6, 1944. D-Day. We knew it was gonna be bad, but we still went with it. To strike at the heart of pure evil, we had to take the beaches. We were the first ones to hit them. Bone, flesh, and lead spew everywhere, but we kept pushing, because we knew if we failed, we failed the world. And pushed we did, taking every punishment that came our way, like a badge of honer. Until one day, I accdently went out of line, I was distracted, the sounds, the smells, the sights, it was becoming too much. And then I heared it. Sniper fire, and I was looking up at the sky, I thought I was shot, I felt something warm, heavy, like my chest was being squeezed. I looked down, it was my friend...
But that was six years ago, as the world changed, you had to change to. So I became a CIA Agent, working behind the scenes, for the better good. I get lucky, alot, I come out with deep cuts and fractures, from my many bouts with enemy spies. Though, I was a medic back then, gave me the essential skills to keep myself alive, during the bad times...and then...I really don't know, I'm pretty super stitious, I thought I died, something about to save Time. I impusavliy agreed.
Combat Medic: You know that hippocratic oath? Yeah...I broke it countless times. I was being a niceguy, even though they were the enemy and such. I patched them up. But they kept coming...so I had to give them alittle more extra...Though, don't get me wrong, I'm really good at what I do, more in the good, then the bad.
Survial Specialist: One of the requirements of the CIA, is that you had to be resourceful. And what better way to test that, then to blindfold you, beat you, and air-drop you in the middle of nowhere. You use what you get, I learned that the hard way.

I was unaware of this.
I think the fact that he's 6'8" in a time where someone that was six foot even was considered tall indicates he's not exactly your average knight.

Name: James Godfried (The dynasty begins)
Weapon(S): Brown Bess Musket with bayonet 20 rounds. Nothing special about it, just a standard issued rifle.
Katana. The mark of a true Godfried. Forged from the furnace of an ancient Japanese weapons maker, the katana was forged of mythical steel that is said to be able to survive millenia (A Japanese excalibur some may say). It was given to James' grandfather as a gift and has always helped the Godfrieds in a time of need.
Commander's flintlock pistol 10 rounds. Standard issue.
Equipment: Mostly a little rope and fairly detailed maps of the known world.
Affiliation: Her Majesty's Royal Navy.
Bio: "Godfried eh?" The Captain asked towards the historian who stood by him. "I served with him aboard the Colfer and later on the Valiance. Good chap, but that's me speaking. He was a very polarizing figure, James was. Seen as a hero by those he commanded, and hated by those whose orders he took. I guess it was because of his unique, against the book approach. I remember on the Colfer he loaded the canons with an untested powder, and the captain made him clean pots for a week. He weaseled himself out of that as well, and was about to be jailed for questioning orders when we ran into the pirates. That first cannonball tore through the captain's chambers, taking out most of his top crew with it. With the command chain in tatters, James somehow slipped out of his cell and took command. Nearly everyone who didn't trust him was taken out by that opening volley, so we jumped to his orders. Turns out that new powder he'd loaded increased the speed of the cannonball, and after a grueling battle with many adjustments to the rigid standard of the old captain, Captain Godfried not only fended off the pirates, but sunk two of their ships and forced a third to surrender. When he arrived at Charleston with a cell full of pirates, the Governor made 'im a honorary captain, which was later authorized by the King himself."
"How'd it go from there?" asked the historians, more enthralled by the story than by writing it down.
"Just like the old captain, the admiralty hated the poor bloke. They grouped him and a few other troublemakers together into a 'special' fleet. We were sent on a suicide mission nearly every damned time, but Captain Godfried always emerged with victory on his shoulder. The coasts of America loved him, we wanted him dead. I guess if he lived through the Revolution, he would have flipped to the Americans."
Special skills: God Damned Ingenuity: From a dialogue recorded by two reporters in the middle of an engagement with a French ship where the Valiance and the French were engaged in boarding tactics.
Sailor: Sir, we're holding off the French, but they're just pouring out of those cabins. Our men are suffering casualties and they're gaining ground.
Godfried: Boy, can we lift that anchor?
Sailor: If I got some mates with me yes, but how could...
Godfried: Then throw the bloody thing on their ship and let those blighters deal with it.
While the French ship was built with sturdy sides, it turned out to be constructed of brittle wood as far as the actual deck was concerned. The anchor, hurled by the strongest men, tore through the decks, leading the French ship to disengage as it took on water.
Charisma: Isn't it obvious? He earns the devotion of those he commands.

Yeah Don't worry about the stats those are just how well your character can adapt and overcome like being face with an unfamilar weapon etc.
Anyway your guy looks good, Godfreid eh? Now who else do I know who had that name?

We just need a Sphinx and a Larsons and we have our quota for Starfire ancestors completed! Boy I hope that gives us an in-game bonus of sorts .

Okay well there's a few things you need to change, first one being the highest time period you can pick is up to the 1960s anytime before that is acceptable as well.
Your two special skills are things OTHER than combat, such as picking locks etc.

I think for mma he should rather choose a greek in the practice of Pankration but with pants.
On the first note, modern mixed-martial-artists didn't really come into fruition until the 90's when the Gracie's founded UFC and other stuffs. If you want to keep something along those lines in the times available you could try to be a practicioner of the Jeet Kune Do Philosophy under Bruce Lee or an underground Vale Tudo fighter. Granted, given the other guys you'll be fighting alongside a college student might be a tad out of his depth unless you add a bit extra.
