The entrance was about 20 yards away, with a gauntlet of zombies in between.

As Dylan jumped around, he was hit with machine gun fire from the roof. The bullets chipped away at his rock armor, one eventually getting threw into his shoulder.

Nicholi started making his way to the entrance. "Aw. And I was having so much fun."

As Nicholi ran, zombies began closing in around him.

As the zombies came in Nicholi laughed "Fools!" He focused his demonic energy into Shuraba. The red crystal on the hilt opened to reveal the beating heart of its demon inhabitant. It beat faster when introduced to Nicholi's energy. He slashed out with a red astral blade taking out anything in a twenty foot radius before he kept running.

"Guess you get to have fun after all." Corbin says, looking around to see that they were still coming. He fires the shots from his rifle, aiming for the head. He considers trying the cannons again when he realizes what Nicholi is going to try...with the rest of the team nearby.

The powerful attack would do it's job and cut through the zombies like a katana through butter. But this attack came with a coast, Nicholi was forced to stand stationary for the duration of the attack, and as a result took a round of machine gun fire to the shoulder.

Laying completely flat as he was, the energy past over Corbin. He'd feel something claw at his leg, a zombie - that was nothing but a torso - grabbed him and was trying to pull himself to take a bite out of Corbin.

Emma moved just one second too slow and the wave of energy would sheer a 4 inch long strip of skin from her arm.

Corbin grits his teeth. He pulls the leg thats trying to grab him back, and tries to spin and land a hard kick; tip of his boot to the zombie's temple. If that worked he'd focus on standing.

Feeling the bullet go into his shoulder was unbearable but after that run in with the lava he knew that he would be ok. So he quickly joined with the group using final slash.
