Bio: (Reason for being in Genosha, were you born here or did you emigrate, How did you become loyal to Magneto)
Born in Los Angeles, emigrated around six months ago, because of the general anti-mutant sentiment he encountered. Not being bulletproof, hitching his wagon to Genosha seemed the safest bet. Little did he know what waited for him in Genosha. Would have become loyal to Magneto simply out of respect for what he's accomplished, rather than any power Magneto wields personally.
Appearance: (Image or description) I will make up a Hero Machine picture for Stand-In over the next couple of days and post it here in an edit when it is done.
Powers: (With description and divided in tiers)
Level One -
Stand-In: Troy has the ability to teleport to any location within line of sight, with one restriction - he has to trade places with something solid on the other end. This functions not only as a means of transportation but he's managed to exploit his power in creative ways to mimic other powers, like telekenesis and causing vertigo, nausea or confusion. Telekinesis is the product of Stand-in trading with an especially large object. The upper limit of this switch is a mass of ten tons. Troy can seem like a speedster as well by switching places with an opponent in order to dodge a blow. He can cause vertigo, nausea or confusion by performing a rapid-fire use of his power, switching places with his opponent many times in a single second which confuses not only the target's senses but equilibrium. Another teleporter or anyone with a power that would logicially allow them to perceive the world at a faster rate, like speedsters, would be immune to this effect.
Level Two -
Stand-In: As Level One, but with the upper mass limit of his exchanges being 25 tons instead of 10. Also at this level he can penetrate certain force fields (namely, ones defined as being made of something solid or something made solid like a standing wall of air) by switching places with it, even if it is invisible. A pure energy field or telekinetic shield would not be subject to this. He also gains a sort of "mass sensor" so if he were to walk into a darkened room he would know where the solid objects in the room were, though not what they were.
Level Three -
Stand-In: As Level Two, but with the upper mass limit of his exchanges being 50 tons instead of 25. In addition, he gains an apparent phasing ability by switching places many times a second with solid walls, leaving the wall structurely sound in his wake. He can only do this with large inanimate objects and it takes a little time, making it worthless in a combat situation.
Level Four -
Stand-In: As Level Three, but with the upper mass limit of his exchanges being 75 tons instead of 50. In addition, he can now swap the locations of any two objects he can see or sense, and he does not have to be one of the two objects. His force field and phasing abilities come to full fruition, and no wall or field of any sort will hold him, unless specifically designed to prevent teleportation from working through it. He can even teleport air at this level, gaining a sort of flight ability and a telekinetic crushing attack by teleporting all of the air from around his opponent - the vacuum is quickly and loudly (sonic boom) refilled with air. If he is underwater and can see an area that is not underwater, he also can maintain a bubble of air around him (though the midair location suddenly has water pouring inexplicably from it).
Level Five -
Stand-in: As Level Four, but with the upper mass limit of his exchanges being 150 tons, instead of 75. In addition, he may now teleport parts of objects (or opponents!) instead of entire objects or people. His "mass sense" becomes discriminatory (and x-ray if he so desires it) at this level and can sense all matter at a range of 1/4 mile. Teleport surgery is possible at this level, but only if he is in contact with the target or targets. He could perform perfect organ transplants, or even exchange body parts, though if they weren't the same size the results would be imperfect, and rather gruesome.

Your guy's costume should so have a bullseye on it....
Funny you should mention that. The original logo looked a bit like that. a circle with an arrow pointing inward on it.

The usual time where the Genosha Rp is active is between 11 at night and 4-5 at night/morning, my time.
Starting Monday the 17th, I started school again, this means I need to get up somewhere between 6 and 6:30 in the morning, to be able to have time to prepare for school and catch a bus in time.
School starts at 8:15 and can last until 3:20 in the afternoon, add another hour to that in transport time.
Due to me having had a bit more than a month of vacation before this time, my sleep rhythm was completely turned around, with me being awake during the night and sleeping during the day.
So to sum it up, getting up at at a time where I would normally go to sleep + having to stay awake during lectures or practical lessons in the kitchen = me being completely wasted when I get home and sleeping until the next day, where my internal clock is still telling me that I should be sleeping at this particular point of the day/night.
Rinse and repeat until today where I actually feel like I have just a bit of energy, hopefully my sleep rhythm have now normalised and I'll have some more energy and be capable of posting some more on the RP.

As a side-note, anybody who wish to run any of the various missions you will go on, please make a post here saying so, and possibly explaining about what kind of missions you would like to lead
Im half asleep, so sorry if this is dumb, but is this for GMing or instory leadership position?

But to answer the question, this would be for Gm'ing a singular mission.
The person GM'ing, would get a bit more information about the mission, like what kinda obstacles the team will likely meet, and stuff like that, then the person would make the choices as to how the team go through the mission.

Troy had been watching the exchange, keeping quiet. He paid decidedly more attention when he was nominated to be prime bullet-taker. "Do you think it is a very strong possibility that we'll be in a situation where we will be operating without our powers? If so, all of this posturing won't make too much difference, because, as a group, we'll be pretty much in the same boat as the humans we'd be fighting. And though I am a fair choice for being a bodyguard, I'm also of average height, not remarkable in appearance, and because of my power set, have become fairly observant. I propose, that for my part, that I stay back from Lord Magneto a bit, but have him in line of sight so that I can switch with him at a moment's notice. As for the rest of you..." He shrugged. "Fight over sitting shotgun all you want, but I do think the old man has a point. The man right next to Lord Magneto should be the one most able to deal with crap if powers are off the table."
With that, he'd just shrug again and wait for a determination to be made.
Tiny nitpick in the post. If the 'old man' who you are reffering to is Marcel(thinking that cause you quoted my post), I specifically had him as the youngest(or close to it, depending on how old DJ's character is) at 14 goin on 15

From what I can see in his post, the 'old man' he is referring to is Technician.

DJ is going to the Back Entrance, Bigballer is going with the security team to... where? Ham is staying at the entrance to the room. and Kwolf is with Magneto in the meeting room. Technician is with Ham in front of the meeting room.
I'm not sure where Wheeler is currently located.
Once I'm actually clear on what's happening(i.e. where exactly Bigballer is heading, and where Wheeler is) I'll post a 'GM' post.

True in Kain's post it says extra extrances which Chris is going with one of the security teams to check out. When he tells you where just go ahead and post.
