Simply because they seem identical doesn't make them so.

So, since you haven't seen your opponent yet, you have no clue about how big it is.
But to answer your questions, the Sentinel which Van is facing is roughly two stories tall, so not quite as large as the one in the Wolverine game.

Well, he does get played off as the brashest, confident one. WHy not have a straight fight with that powerhouse .

@kwolf, the head is still attatched, but not as firmly as it was before, think of it as removing a certain number of the screws that hold something together, it's still stuck, but it's not quite as durable as before.

@omfg, yes, and no, there's a bit more to it, it's actually from an old X-men story, where they fought against Red Skull who wielded the Cosmic Cube.

Yes, it was taking the shell into account, without it you wouldn't have been capable of the movement you are, you would have been completely unconscious, if not dead.

as for how close, about 5 feet away, slightly to the side

K but one last thing. Shouldn't I have been able to absorb the blast?

no, the only way you could have made the test run longer, would have been to dodge the rocket.
