Why don't we just have all characters sign up for all. Obviously, the ones for which our people are not suited we will fail, but from a story persepctive it would be fun seeing some of those tryouts. Our massive failure makes those who succeed look all the better.

Makes sense. The Leadership tryout would actually work better if not everyone was trying to lead.

Soberguy's suggestion does sound intresting, though I think it is the players decision if they want to do it(or not do it). As for Deo's comment, while I see where hes coming from, seeing as how thats the first challenge(and I assume the first thing thatd be announced) it would definitely be intresting to see the pack leader emerge from the large group if multiple people are vying for that spot.

It's far more along the lines of it almost not making sense for a small handful of of the characters to not participate in a challenge unless, say, they've actually Won one of the previous challenges or have been eliminated somehow. Even then, barring the elimination situation, if the winners aren't announced right away having someone who more than likely Is part of the future team continuously interacting with the rest of the group is a good Idea.

Then again, thirteen people in every RP seems prone to getting bogged down.

I'll sign up for all regardless. For those I am grossly unqualified for, I will endeavour to fail in an entertaining manner.

Just so you know, the first challenge (leadership) will be a Choose Your Own Adventure style challenge. Your choices will have major consequences. I know the right moves to take, do you as a leader know? We'll see.

Heh, I really considered signing up for this. The Sentinels just aren't my thing though -- I wouldn't have been able to come up with a character I'd be comfortable with on short notice.

Regardless, it's good to see another FPL RP in this format. The last one I can remember was Sideshow for Clash. Been wanting to have another for a long while now. I'll be watching this RP for my own entertainment purposes.

Good luck and whatnot.

You could probably still join if you want, you could expand on the character later. The sentinels are a pretty broad group, just put up a cleverish idea and it will fill in later. I don't think anybody would mind.

You posted that over the course of two hours. For everyone else, it's normal for a post to go several days before being posted to. Perhaps a tad annoying but normal.

Not everyone is the posting equivalent of a 15-year-old girl with an unlimited texting plan.

I am thoroughly enjoying the personalities of a few characters: one in particular. I almost already have someone in mind for the Human Resources character, but we got a loooong way to go. The Leadership challenge will be up sooner than later. You guys better eat and get some sleep or party all night and crash ten minutes before gametime. Whatever it is that superhero tryouts do. I also wouldn't be to opposed to someone RPing a Sentinel or two from the Database coming in and interacting with the group at some point.

Yeah, this, not your call Deo. No offense to either of you. It's Treach's RP and it's up to him.

Also, Jason, he did say Cleverish.
