But really, these are just fan-made versions of the official characters. It's not so much about web comic characters being put into the database but rather unofficial versions of already established canon characters and perhaps fanon characters.

Bra and Videl from Dragonball Multiverse are fanon characters, and really I don't see why they are in the database.

Again, not the point. What you've done is essentially add fanfic versions of characters already in the database. Most of the other webcomics characters in the database have wikipedia articles on their webcomic - the link you provided has no information whatsoever on this DBM webcomic. And to quote Serge - "If it's not on Wikipedia, we do not want the character."

I think the Wolfpack is already in the databse under a different name. I think it is the Hangover guys but I cant remember exactly. I don't know about the others ones.

EDIT: BTW, is character/image submitting still slow? If so, I think I know of a reason.
