From New Bedford, Massachusetts comes the story of bozo James Hampton who walked into an exhibit where several artists had their works on display. He strolled through the exhibit and chatted with a bystander before grabbing a large plastic jug that contained about $100 in donations. Unfortunately, the person he chatted with was one of the artists, who quickly made a sketch of the bozo for the cops, ultimately leading to his capture.
