From Rochester, New York comes the story of Bozo Willie Lang who was released from prison after serving ten years for robbing a bank. On his first day out of prison what did he do? He went out and robbed another bank. Obviously he didn’t hone his bank robbing skills while in prison. He’s been arrested and sent back to jail.
