From Rotterdam, New York, comes the story of bozo Matthew Brown who backed his vehicle into a parking space at a truck stop. And he did an exceptionally bad job, too, straddling the line and taking up two parking spaces. Did he try to correct his error? Nope, he just left it parked crookedly and walked away. As luck would have it, a state police investigator was watching the whole thing and he thought he recognized our bozo from a previous arrest.
