From Nazareth, Pennsylvania comes the story of bozo Robert Townes who was caught shoplifting several gardening supplies from a local store. The owner called the cops who checked our bozo out and discovered that, in addition to the stolen items, he was carrying a list, titled "Things Needed to Grow Pot." Busted!
