Bozo criminal for today comes from Jacksonville, Florida where bozo Delshawn Porter had enjoyed a nice coffee at Starbucks. As he strolled out, he told the waitress, "I left your tip on the counter." When the waitress went by to pick it up, she was surprised to notice that the "tip" was a small amount of unwrapped marijuana. His mistake was returning the very next day for another latte.
