Click. Ace Ventura turned off the police scanner in his room. "Reeheeheeheally, a valuable Yorkshire terrier on the loose eh? You know what this means Sparky?" Ace said looking at the electric eel in his fish tank. "This means we can find the dog, collect a reward and then we can afford to get you that bigger fish tank I've been promising you! Let me see... 57th and Hemming huh? Aaaaaalrighty then!" and he set off to search for the valuable dog. Meanwhile, at the scene of the crime, Monk had just arrived. Captain Leland was busy in the house with other detectives so Monk started looking outside for any sign of a break in or any other various clues. He was walking along some bushes when he spotted a pair of eyes in the bushes. Cautiously, he peered closer to see what it was when the Yorkshire terrier came jumping excitably out of the bushes. Monk just about had a heart attack and was in horror as to how horribly dirty the dog was. "Get away you flea bitten mutt!" shouted Adrian. The dog continued to jump up on Adrian while Monk continued to look like a bewildered ballerina dancer, hopping around and flailing his arms. When the dog managed to smear a significant amount of dirt on his suit, Adrian kicked the dog away and turned to get someone to get the dog for him. "You worthless piece of scum" Sneered Ace. "How dare you kick one of gods most precious of creatures! How do you like it pansy man?" shouted Ace as he kicked Adrian in the shin. Adrian grabbed his leg and began bouncing up and down, murmuring foul words under his breath. Finally he looked at Ace and said "Do you have any idea the amount of germs that are on dogs? They are walking, licking, panting piles of disease!" Ace gasped and exclaimed "How dare you say that about man's best friend! This little pooch is beautiful and wouldn't hurt a fly!" Ace said this while the dog pounced on a bug crawling by, killing it, and then eating it. "Well, maybe a fly, but you take back what you said about dogs being piles of disease!" To which Monk replied "No, I won't take it back! Dogs are the most worthless creatures. All they do is lay around, eat, sleep, poop, and spread terrible diseases!" Ace looked astonished that anyone could possibly hate dogs with such passion. He needed to teach this man a lesson. "Well then, I guess this yard isn't big enough for the both of us." said Ace in his best Clint Eastwood accent. "You just have to ask yourself one question, do I feel like getting my ass kicked? Well, do ya... Pansy?" and Ace, not very gracefully, leapt at Adrian. Ace was going to make Monk understand that there was nothing wrong with dogs, and after a sound beating, he was even going to have the dog lick Adrian in the face just to show him the love of a dog. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If Ace wins, he will follow through with making the dog lick Monk in the face, collect his reward money and buy the aquarium he promised Sparky.
